Beau Lamarre-Condon’s mother has been charged with allegedly perverting the course of justice in her son’s murder trial.

Homicide detectives have charged Beau Lamarre-Condon’s mother with allegedly attempting to influence a key witness to change their evidence in her son’s murder trial.

At 11:15am today, detectives attached to the State Crime Command’s Homicide Squad arrested Coleen Lamarre in Balmain.

She was taken to Day Street Police Station, where she was charged with doing an act to pervert the course of justice.

She was refused bail and is due to appear in the Bail Division Court tomorrow.

Her son, Beau Lamarre-Condon, is currently in prison as he awaits his murder trial for allegedly killing TV presenter Jesse Baird and his partner, flight attendant Luke Davies.

The 30-year-old former police officer is alleged to have used his police-issued Glock to kill the couple at Baird’s home in Paddington in February 2024, before disposing of their bodies at a remote property in the NSW Southern Tablelands.

The three-month trial is due to begin in September this year, with the court hearing that the Crown witness list spans between 200 and 300 people.
